Wilde Strände, rauer Wind, Natur wohin das Auge reicht. Beim Yoga & Surf Retreat (Retreat = Rückzugsort) wollen wir all das und noch mehr entdecken und spüren. Ich möchte dir in dieser Woche durch Yoga & Surfen zeigen, wie du deine persönliche Mitte findest.
In den Yogastunden, mal fordernd, mal entspannend aktivieren wir den Körper, um den Geist zu beruhigen. Durch speziell auf das Surfen ausgerichtete Klassen wirst du mental und körperlich bestmöglich auf das Surfen vorbereitet - denn Surfen ist einfach nur Yoga auf dem Wasser.
Mit einer kleinen Gruppe von max. 10 Personen verbringen wir eine Woche im Surf n’ Sand Eco Hostel im wunderschönen Fischerdorf Carrapateira in Portugal. Für die Yogastunden gibt es eine wunderschöne Terrasse aus Holz, gelegen an einer Lagune. Die Surfstunden werden an den Stränden in der Umgebung in Zusammenarbeit mit einer lokalen Surfschule stattfinden.

Wild beaches, rough wind, nature as far as the eye can see. At the Yoga & Surf Retreat (retreat = hideaway) we want to experience and feel all of this and more. During this week I want to help you find your inner center.
During the yoga classes, sometimes demanding, sometimes relaxing, we activate our body to calm the mind. Through classes especially designed for surfing you will be prepared mentally and physically for the waves - because surfing is basically just yoga in the water.
With a small group of max. 10 people we will spend one week in the Surf n' Sand Eco Hostel in the beautiful fishing village Carrapateira in Portugal. For the yoga classes there is a beautiful wooden deck, situated at a lagoon. The surf lessons will take place on the beaches in the area in cooperation with a local surf school.
